How to send push notification to inactive users?

Question

Hi! I am trying to send a push notification to inactive users from app42 management console. I click on "Send Push To Inactive Users", type in number of inactive days and push message. But when i click "Send Push" i get this message: "No Inactive user found from last 10 days in your app" But I am sure there are users which were inactive for more than 10 days. Am i doing something wrong? How can I send push to inactive users? Thank you for your help! Jože

Segmenting Users and sending Push notification is now available through App42 Marketing Automation. Please have a look at this link to get started and let me know if you need any help or support.
