What is best way to store a string of data elements that needs to be accessed by many users ?

I am trying to create app where one user posted info or data is visible to multiple other users / public ?

You can store that string into Storage service as a JSON document from where all users can easily access. Please have a look at this tutorial and let me know if it helps.
