Custom code 504 error Help!

Question

I ran custom code demo, that I download from document web. I ran "ant deploy" and everything OK, but when I ran client (unity)code , It show "Exception : com.shephertz.app42.paas.sdk.csharp.App42Exception: 504 Gateway Timeout".

I also run it from server by click "Run now". but it show that: status and result is "undefined". help me please! sorry about my poor english, thanks!

Could you please deploy your jar file from AppHQ management console and run from dashboard and see are you still facing an issue? Also if possible than share your custom code and app name with us at support@shephertz.com. It will help us to provide better support to you.
