Email Service not working - Email sent but not received

I configured the Email service in AppHQ, and tried to send email using "Compose" option. It said message is successfully sent, but it is not received at the other end.

Even the "Forgot password" with email check is also not working - email is not received there too, even if the success message is received in the application.

I am sure I have done every needed configuration or task as told in your tutorial or blog for Email service.

Kindly provide a solution.

Hello,

Are you getting any security warnings when sending email to users? Please make sure, your email doesn't restrict third party application for sending email. If that is the case, then please click here to allow a new application to access your account for sending the email and let us know if it resolve your issue.
