Need to update the sample code in the website.

Hi All,

 

    I have started working on AppWarp and App42 recently, and got into lots of problems, as the sample given the website doesn't work with latest implementations, there are many changes have been done but the code and samples are not arranged properly.

 

For example, I am using App42 latest version, and got the correct sample here https://github.com/RajeevRShephertz/App42Cocos2dXSampple
