Push Notifications are not coming

Question

Hi Team ,

                   Why my push notofcations are not coming. i have fulfill all the requirement that we need while implementing push notification.Please help me out. i have stuck in where i am getting wrong .please help me out.It is sending push notifications i have checked under billing and meetering but not able to receive...i think my code is not responding to reciever.but i am not sure.Please help me out.

Hi Sorav,

Please let me know which type of error you are facing while sending a push notification.

Also i recommend you to check the user is listed in push notification under users grid and push logs when you are sending the message logs will print under push logs either your message is successfully send or if there is some error.

I am not facing any error or exception it is being successfully sending push message to user but other user is not able to receive push message..Please help me out where i am getting wrong..

Have you checked the Push Logs when you are sending the message is there any message for success or error.

If you have no message in push logs regarding your sended message than i will recommend you that please check you have configure the settings properly in AppHQ Dashboard under settings section.
If you are sending a message on android device than you need to configure the AndroidKey in android settings.

Yes i checked the push logs it is showing push log sent successfully ..i have configurely properly and it is sending push log to user but another user unable to receive notification...

Hi Sourabh,

Please check it through Google console because your server key is not correct when you are configure Android Settings that's why your users is registered with App42.

But not receiving any message. Please refer the link below and update it.

Himanshu.. now i have refered your  link and created a new server key which i place under push notification tab (Android Setting ) also i copied project no and place into my code..But  still giving me an error code mismatch SenderId.

Again but i  have created new setUp..

Tell me one thing do we need to copy project id or project no..

I have copied project no. and put Server key under push notification..but giving me same error.i know it's silly mistake.

Hi Sourabh,

You need to copy the project id and server key. Project id will be required for fetching the device id and server key of same project will be submit under push notification for gcm.
