leader board show ranking with blank username and null score

hello 

Program correctly leaderboard shows

But after the program export with ke only shows rank and returns all name with blank and all scores with null vales

please help me

Hi Basir,

Could you please let me know the complete code snippets which you are using for getting scores from App42 platform? Also, please share the SDK internal logs whenever you are getting this issue.

Also, please add me(collaborator@shephertz.co.in) as collaborator to your app in AppHQ.

P.S:  1. To get the SDK internal logs please add following code snippet just after App42API initialisation:

                    App42Log.setDebug(true);

 2.To add collaborator, login to AppHQ-> Go To App Manger -> Collaborator -> Add Collaborator.
