reconnectivity issue ,sometimes recovered sometimes give badrequest error

when i disconnect from network ,sometimes i am able to recovered but sometime got badrequest error.i do not why this happened ,please give me a proper feedback,i use recoveryallowancetime(120).and when i saaw console ,when disconnected i got reson code 9,when i got second time reason code 9 just after that i got reason code 4.and after that i am not able to connect with any other user in this code
