locking on document can possible in storage service? requirement is given below

Question

1) Is there any facility of locking on document of  collection?

2) If two users press button to insert into the collection but my requirement is only one entry should added. 

I tried to find firstly and then add but both users get zero i.e no entry. And then both adds into collection so count become 2.

What is the solution.
