App not receiving push notifications when the app has been terminated.

Question

I am having the same problem here. 

I am using unity and the version of app42 is 4.1.2

If I do not kill the app in the app to get well push notification.

But if I force quit the app.

 

Push notificatioin not get the message.

Hi Freeglass,

Will you please share logCat logs that will help us to trace the exact problem you are facing.

Also share how you are force quiting the application, by Unity or using device.

If you force stop the application from device you are not able to get any notification till  application open next time  as you are forcefully stopping services of the application.

Let me know if more queries are concern.
