Trouble sending a email

Hello,

I am currently trying to send a Email after create a new user.

The Callback sucess but i don't receive any email, when I am using APPHQ to compose a email it works.

I hope you can help me, thanks in advance.

Callback : Success Value : {"app42":{"response":{"success":"true","email":{"from":"xxxxx@gmail.com","to":"aaaa@gmail.com","subject":"hi","body":"Hello"}}}}

Hi,

Generally, it happens if the mail configuration created is not correct. Can you please share your email configuration which you have created in AppHQ management console on support@shephertz.com?

Also can you confirm the email configuration you are using to send from AppHQ and the configuration you are using to send from device is same or different? It will help us to find the root cause of this issue.
