Help!!! I just went live on the App Store (Mac & iOS) and I get NO NETWORK CONNECTION

​Help!!! My app (TOT 3) just went live on the New Zealand App Stores (Mac ad iOS) and I get NO NETWORK CONNECTION.

This seems to be a problem with AppWarp and not App42 because I can login to user accounts to restore data. But when I try to conect to setup a room (AppWarp) I get the NO NETWORK CONNECTION error in both iPad and Mac versions of my game.
