How do send friend request allows facebook to send the friend request to the buddy user.

Create an User  for facebook.  and create an User App42. 

How do send friend request allows facebook to send the friend request to the buddy user.

Buddy service just accept uniquely identifiable user name, you can use facebook user id (UID) as user name in the buddy service.

For App42 users, you can pass the same username used in while creating the user.

This will solve your purpose of having buddy relation between facebook user and App42 user.
