Either API key or Secret key is not valid.

Question

Issue : I am following the steps to add credentials for PaaS - http://app42paas.shephertz.com/dev-center/getting-started/#install-the-app42-client

 

But when I do so, it gives me an error saying "Either API key or secret key is not valid"

 

I created an entirely new app and tried the keys and yet it doesn't work. Any help with this?

Hi Animesh,

     Can you mail us your  API key, Secret key and version of app42-client you are using at  support@shephertz.com. We will see what is the problem and will get back to you.
