Question

After uploading an image to the cloud from an android app, I'm I able to download it onto my computer?

or better yet, download all images at once?

Answer 1

You should download the images on client on need basis. When any image is required, you should download it and cache it for future usage. Downloading all images at once might make you app non responsive for some time and will eat up lots of bandwidth at the same time.
