From a dashboard to the notice of Japanese

The notice of Japanese cannot be transmitted from a dashboard. 
Are there any methods?

If you are looking for sending Japanese language push notification from dashbaord, this will be available in our upcoming release on coming monday. I will update you as soon as it hits the production. Let me know if it helps.
