i want design my apps data flow like 

Client Apps -> JAR (App42) -> App42

Client Apps <- JAR (App42) <- App42

 

how many API hit for that design?

 

if it considered as 4 hits, can i access NoSQL in my custom code using local Connection so that considered as 2 hits?

This would be considered as single API call only as it includes round trip data transmission from client to server.

From custom code you can access NoSQL Storage Service and would be accounted as single API call too.
