App42 review service in our App doesn't work

Hello ,

 

We are using the review service in our app and have notice that reviews are no longer showing up and users cannot create new reviews.

 

The last time this happened, the issue was due to our app being blocked because there seemed to be an ongoing DoS attack on registerDeviceToken.

 

Does someone faced such an issue? How to deal with it?

What is the error you are getting while fetching the request?

Looks like application issue here.

Just checked the logs of your app, and I can see unauthorized access error. Make sure your system time settings are correct and API Key, secret key are correctly defined.
