how to display different messages to the players.

Question

i am developing two player game using Appwarp j2me sdk.

 if there are two players mahesh and neeraj playing the game and

mahesh win the game level, then he will get  " you are winner of this level " and at the same time Neeraj will get the message of  " You are Looser of this level  "

if we upload these message on to server then how to upload

and how to get these message from server.
