Server-side way to call updateRoomProperties?

Hello. I'm using Java server-side application. Is there any way to update room properties in, say, handleUserJoinRequest()? I know that this could be done on client side, but I prefer things to be managed on server side.

 

If not, please explain, how on Earth is possible to prevent the server from modifying its own room properties?

Yes, you can update the room properties using resetPropertiesAndLockMaps API. YOu can have look at our server side API documentation for more details.
